#9 The end

The day started with dark skies covering the Maitland. Bradley was slow to get up, per usual. He rolled over in his bed checking the time. Once he could collect himself enough he got up and dressed himself then headed down the hall to the stairs. Once he was outside, immediately he noticed the big commotion and was drawn to it. It was Edgar’s body. His stomach stirred, not because of the body itself, rather the photo lying next to it. He began having flashbacks of the night he was lying under the stars and his dream. He could not keep his eyes off of it, how did he not know? Ether. Ether was the familiar man who he had seen during his peace. He must be the killer too, he thought to himself. His connections were disturbed with Victor’s hand touching his shoulder. Victor saw that something was unsettling him even more than Edgar could.
